Big Wheel is a song featured on The Prayer Chain's album Shawl

Bassist Eric Campuzano didn't particularly like the song. It is the only song from Shawl where an alternative version can't be found (either on live recordings, youtube videos or demos).

On the lyrics, Campuzano says "I just got tired of hearing people looking to the past as the best times of their lives. I believe in being forward looking and living for the now and for the future. I believe in growth. If there was a theme lyrically in Shawl it was probably about growth and development. When people talk about the past they get so excited and their eyes glaze over. It is like a drug for some people, it makes them happy to think of their past, so much so that they are stuck there."
